At OVVET Group, we aim to make delivery simple, reliable and transparent. We work with trusted courier partners to offer flexible delivery options across the UK and selected international destinations.

UK Mainland Delivery

We offer FREE UK mainland delivery on orders of £19.99 or more.Customers may choose between:

InPost Locker / Shop Collection - Estimated delivery: 3–4 working days

InPost Home Delivery - Estimated delivery: 4–5 working days

Delivery options will be displayed at checkout depending on your location and service availability. For orders under £19.99, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Highlands, Islands & Non-Mainland UK Locations

Certain UK postcodes and locations fall outside standard UK mainland delivery coverage and may require alternative delivery services or additional charges.

This may include:

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Wight
  • Guernsey & Jersey
  • Other remote or extended UK delivery areas

Where InPost services are unavailable, alternative courier options (including Royal Mail or equivalent services) may be offered at checkout. Delivery times to these areas may be slightly longer than standard mainland delivery.

European & International Shipping

We currently offer tracked international delivery to selected European countries and territories using trusted courier partners including UPS. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, parcel size and service selected. Free UPS shipping may be available on qualifying European orders over £100 to selected countries. Typical delivery times for European destinations are approximately 2–5 working days, depending on destination and local courier services.

Customs, Duties & Local Taxes

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, VAT or import charges imposed by the destination country. 
These charges are outside of OVVET Group’s control and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day. Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided where applicable. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance or seasonal demand.
