3. Our Contract With You

3.1 Orders are placed through our online checkout process. You will have the opportunity to review and amend your order before submitting payment.

3.2 Once your order is placed, we will send an order acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order.

3.3 Payment is taken when you place your order. A legally binding contract is formed once your order has been dispatched and a dispatch confirmation email has been sent.

3.4 We may decline or cancel an order where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • payment authorisation fails; 
  • pricing or product information contains an error;
  • we identify unusual or fraudulent activity;
  • delivery restrictions apply; or
  • circumstances arise outside our reasonable control.

3.5 All sales are deemed to take place in England and Wales and are governed by English law.

  • oral care products;
  • environmental hygiene and air-quality products;
  • Biofresh environmental products;
  • animal wellness products; and
  • related health-support products. 

4.2 Our products are not medicines or medical devices unless specifically stated otherwise.

4.3 Product information provided on our website, labels, brochures, or marketing materials is intended for general information purposes only and should not replace professional medical, veterinary, or healthcare advice.

4.4 Always follow product directions carefully. If you or your animal has a medical condition, is pregnant, receiving treatment, or taking medication, consult a suitably qualified healthcare or veterinary professional before use.

4.5 Product images, packaging, colours, labels, and spray systems shown on our website are illustrative only and may vary slightly from the final product supplied.

5. Changes to Your Order

5.1 If you wish to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

5.2 If changes are possible, we will advise you of any impact on price, delivery times, or availability before proceeding.

6. Changes We May Make

  • 6.1 We may make reasonable updates to;
  • improve product performance;
  • comply with legal or regulatory requirements;
  • improve packaging, labelling, or formulations; or
  • reflect product development and innovation. 

6.2 Minor changes will not materially affect the intended use of the product.

7. Delivery and Supply

7.1 Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days following payment confirmation.

7.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

7.3 We currently offer:

  • Free standard UK mainland delivery on orders over £19.99;
  • Additional delivery options displayed at checkout;
  • International shipping where available. 

7.4 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country.

7.5 Risk in the products passes to you once delivery has been completed to the address provided in your order.

8. Subscription Orders

8.1 Some OVVET products may be available through a recurring subscription service.

8.2 Subscription orders renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

8.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • logging into your customer account; or
  • contacting us at 

8.4 Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active.

8.5 Payment for subscription renewals is processed automatically using your saved payment method.

8.6 You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and valid.

9. Your Right to Cancel

9.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving your goods.

9.2 To exercise your cancellation rights, please contact us by email before returning any items.

9.3 Returned products must:

  • be unused;
  • remain sealed where applicable;
  • include original packaging; and
  • be returned in resalable condition. 

9.4 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

10. Exceptions to Returns

10.1 For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • opened oral care products;
  • opened supplements;
  • opened sprays or environmental products;
  • customised products; or
  • any product which has been used after delivery. 

10.2 This does not affect your statutory rights where products are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

11. Faulty or Damaged Products

11.1 If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with:

  • your order number;
  • photographs where possible; and
  • a description of the issue. 

11.2 We will assess the issue and may offer:

  • a replacement;
  • a refund; or
  • another appropriate resolution in accordance with your legal rights. 

11.3 Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Prices and Payment

12.1 All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable.

12.2 Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected once payment has been accepted.

12.3 We accept major debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout.

12.4 If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.

13. Our Responsibility

13.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

13.2 We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

15. Promotional Offers

15.1 Promotional offers, discount codes, subscription savings, and bundle promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

  • promotions cannot be combined;
  • discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively; and
  • subscription discounts apply only to eligible subscription products.

16. Governing Law

16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

16.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
