3. Our Contract With You
3.1 Orders are placed through our online checkout process. You will have the opportunity to review and amend your order before submitting payment.
3.2 Once your order is placed, we will send an order acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order.
3.3 Payment is taken when you place your order. A legally binding contract is formed once your order has been dispatched and a dispatch confirmation email has been sent.
3.4 We may decline or cancel an order where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment authorisation fails;
- pricing or product information contains an error;
- we identify unusual or fraudulent activity;
- delivery restrictions apply; or

7. Delivery and Supply

- Free standard UK mainland delivery on orders over £19.99;
- Additional delivery options displayed at checkout;
- International shipping where available.
7.4 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country.
7.5 Risk in the products passes to you once delivery has been completed to the address provided in your order.
8. Subscription Orders
8.1 Some OVVET products may be available through a recurring subscription service.
8.2 Subscription orders renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

9. Your Right to Cancel
9.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving your goods.
9.2 To exercise your cancellation rights, please contact us by email before returning any items.
9.3 Returned products must:
- be unused;
- remain sealed where applicable;
- include original packaging; and
- be returned in resalable condition.
9.4 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
10. Exceptions to Returns
10.1 For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- opened oral care products;
- opened supplements;
- opened sprays or environmental products;
- customised products; or
- any product which has been used after delivery.
10.2 This does not affect your statutory rights where products are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
